Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Proper devices
We accept the return of proper devices if these devices are of appropriate application characteristics and resalable condition(the device must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. and must be in the same state that you received it). Physical and water damages won't be accepted. The customer is provided with 30 days warranty.
Exchange
We exchange the device if the customer is unsatisfied. The customer has to send it back and after we receive the device, we exchange it or refund the customer as per their requirements. If somehow the device cannot connect to the customer's respective carriers, we provide a prepaid return label to the customer. After we receive the device, we send another right away. The customer is provided with 30 days warranty.
Refund methods
We can refund money in a number of ways:
- By depositing a refund amount to the Visa/MasterCard or American Express card that you used to pay for the order.
- By depositing a refund amount to the PayPal or Zelle account that you used to pay for the order.
